13. LinkedIn data handling
When you connect your LinkedIn account or LinkedIn Company Page to Venoh, we access, process, and store certain data from LinkedIn through LinkedIn's Community Management APIs. This section governs our handling of LinkedIn data specifically and supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy.
What we access from LinkedIn:
— Your LinkedIn profile identifiers (member URN, name, profile URL) after OAuth consent
— LinkedIn Company Pages you administer, including page URN and basic page metadata
— Posts you publish through Venoh to your personal profile or Company Page
— Aggregate engagement metrics on those posts (total reactions, total comments)
— Follower counts and aggregate follower statistics for Company Pages you administer
— Post performance metrics including impressions, clicks, and engagement rate (where available under our API access tier)
How we use LinkedIn data:
LinkedIn data is used exclusively within Venoh to power content publishing, scheduling, and analytics features that we provide directly to you, the user whose LinkedIn account is connected. We use this data to display your own content and performance back to you inside Venoh.
What we do NOT do with LinkedIn data:
— We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose LinkedIn data to any third party for advertising, sales, marketing, or commercial purposes
— We do not use LinkedIn data to train machine learning models, whether our own or those of any third party
— We do not combine LinkedIn data with data from other platforms to build cross-platform user profiles
— We do not use LinkedIn data for any purpose outside the product features explicitly offered inside Venoh
— We do not retain LinkedIn data after you disconnect your LinkedIn account, beyond a short window needed for operational cleanup
LinkedIn data deletion:
You may disconnect your LinkedIn account or LinkedIn Company Page from Venoh at any time through your account settings. Upon disconnection, we will delete all LinkedIn-derived data associated with that account from our active systems within 30 days.
We will also honor deletion requests from LinkedIn itself within the timelines required under LinkedIn's API Terms of Use. If LinkedIn instructs us to delete specific member data, we will comply promptly and completely, including from database backups where technically feasible.
To request deletion of your LinkedIn data held by Venoh, contact siddhant@venoh.com with the subject line "LinkedIn Data Deletion Request."
LinkedIn API compliance:
Venoh's use of LinkedIn APIs and LinkedIn data is subject to LinkedIn's API Terms of Use, the LinkedIn Platform Use Guidelines, and LinkedIn's Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and LinkedIn's requirements regarding LinkedIn data, LinkedIn's requirements prevail for LinkedIn data.
